Today when I came home from work, my two and half year old son, Isaac, was very excited about his new big boy haircut. He came racing outside to greet me and to show off his new do. I’m used to him having somewhat curly longer hair so the haircut was definitely a drastic change for me. It was truly a big boy haircut. I reached out to touch his cool new do and he got a bit of a frown on his face and quickly said, “Daddy, don’t touch my hair!”

It turns out that after his cool new haircut, the barber put some gel in his hair which he just LOVED. He was so proud of his cool new do. He was quite disappointed when mommy gave him a bath and shampoo’d his hair and the gel disappeared.
