I’m Jason Buscema (boo-schem-a), most likely no relation to Steve Buscemi (boo-schem-e), and I reside in sunny San Diego, California with my fantastic wife and kids. I have a degree in Business and Information Systems from Seattle Pacific University. I bet you can’t guess where that is ?!? I chose this school because it wasn’t in California but it was on the west coast and it had nearby mountains.
I serve as Directory of Technology for Lambesis – a brand development agency in San Diego. I’ve been with Lambesis for over 11 years now. I provide strategic consulting services to both the agency and our clients and lead technical projects from concept through launch. I’m responsible for agency-wide information technology planning and leadership and I manage the Interactive Department. I’ve got quiet a bit on my plate and I definitely keep busy. I’m always learning.
Away from the office and server life, I am a weekend warrior at the Home Depot, father of two boys, boater, pretend fisherman, avid photographer and master LEGO builder. I run Sideline Studios which specializes in youth sports photography in San Diego. I really enjoy taking complex issues and problems and making them work whether it be technical related, redoing a bathroom or how to two-year-old-proof a LEGO creation to make it last more than five minutes. I typically learn by trial and error… lots and lots of error.
